There's no live price index for this one — pricing at a market stall is set by you, not published centrally.
Start from your costsproduction, packaging, stall fees and travel, plus your margin — work forwards from what it actually costs you
Check comparable stalls and supermarketsa rough benchmark, not a rule — direct-from-farm often commands a premium for freshness and provenance
Factor in unsold stockperishables that don't sell are a real cost — price to account for reasonable wastage
Review seasonallycosts and demand shift through the year — revisit pricing rather than setting it once
